About us Truck & Tap Lawrenceville is a small business in Lawrenceville, GA. We have a rotating selection of craft beer from around the world, along with wine, and a full bar. Food is provided by a rotating food truck, and an in house burger & wing kitchen. We're looking for fun, energetic kitchen members to join our team, and also cross-train to be a bar back.. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing food items according to recipes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will have excellent knife skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food items in accordance with restaurant recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Prepare food items for customers in a timely manner. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and quality. Monitor food supplies and order as needed. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to customer specifications.
