POSITION SUMMARY

The Bartender/Server keeps the bar and lounge running at Electric Sports Social — mixing and pouring drinks, serving food, engaging guests, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and compliant bar throughout every shift. Working alongside Guest Service and Hospitality Associates, this role sets the pace for a fun, high-energy atmosphere while upholding responsible alcohol service and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bar Service & Operations Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and portion standards. Take and deliver food orders to guests at the bar and lounge, and run food from the kitchen as needed. Set up, maintain, and break down the bar and lounge area; keep it clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the shift. Handle payments accurately at the bar POS and follow all cash-handling and reconciliation procedures. Restock supplies, rotate stock, and flag low inventory to a manager. Coordinate with servers and Guest Service Associates during events and peak hours to keep service moving. Compliance & Safety Serve alcohol responsibly and in full compliance with Georgia laws and venue policy. Check IDs and monitor guest alcohol consumption; card guests as required and enforce cutoffs when needed. Follow all TIPS/ServSafe or equivalent alcohol-service certification requirements. Report any guest incidents per ESS Accident Report protocols. Guest Experience Deliver friendly, upbeat service that matches the ESS brand and keeps the energy high at the bar. Support F&B service for group events and parties of 13+ guests coordinated by management. Jump in across the floor to support the team during peak periods. Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep Keep the entire facility clean, safe, and guest-ready throughout the shift — cleanliness is every team member's responsibility. Check restrooms on a regular rotation; restock paper products, soap, and supplies, and clean or spot-clean as needed. Wipe down and sanitize touchscreens, kiosks, and check-in stations regularly. Clean and sanitize tables, bar tops, lounge surfaces, and menus between guests. Clear and bus tables, empty trash, and promptly clean up spills to prevent slip hazards. Keep walkways, lanes, entryways, and attraction zones clear, organized, and free of hazards. Complete assigned opening, mid-shift, and closing cleaning checklists.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Prior bartending experience preferred; high-volume or entertainment venue experience a plus. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Georgia and able to obtain any required alcohol-service permit / responsible-vendor certification. Fast, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a high-volume environment. Friendly, guest-focused, and a strong team player with good judgment around responsible service. Comfortable learning POS and payment systems. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

On your feet, walking, and carrying trays or cases for most of the shift. Able to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs (kegs, cases, supplies) and stand for extended periods. Comfortable in a loud, fast-paced entertainment and bar environment.

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
