Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with beverage recipe development to enhance menu offerings. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and balance registers at the end of each shift. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service standards. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; catering or banquet experience is a plus.
