Why This Role Matters At Rreal Tacos, our Barback and Bar Prep team members play a critical role in supporting the bar's success and ensuring Bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Behind every efficient bar operation is a team that keeps supplies stocked, ingredients prepared, and service moving smoothly. In our high-volume, fast-paced environment, this role helps maintain organization, speed, and consistency throughout every shift. From preparing fresh ingredients and garnishes to stocking beer, liquor, and supplies, Barbacks and Bar Prep team members help create the foundation that allows the bar team to perform at its best. When this role is executed well, service is faster, operations run more efficiently, and guests receive the high-quality experience they expect from Rreal Tacos. At Rreal Tacos, every role matters, and every team member contributes to creating memorable guest experiences. What you'll do Prepare fresh ingredients, garnishes, mixers, and supplies needed for daily bar operations. Stock beer, liquor, wine, ice, glassware, and other bar essentials throughout service. Assist Bartenders by maintaining organization and supporting efficient workflow. Receive, organize, and store inventory according to company standards. Lift, carry, and transport cases of liquor, beer, and other bar supplies safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar, storage, and prep areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Support the bar and restaurant team wherever needed to help ensure a smooth guest experience. What we are looking for We're a fast-paced, high-growth organization where teamwork, consistency, and reliability matter just as much as experience. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and enjoys supporting a high-energy team environment. Minimum 6 months of restaurant, bar, hospitality, or related experience required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to lift and carry cases of liquor, beer, ice, and other restaurant supplies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and team-first mentality. Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. What we offer Barback team members earn $15 per hour plus tips.
