Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting with food preparation, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
• Assist in food preparation and assembly as needed
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and food handling
• Utilize Toast POS system for order processing

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
