Your expertise in beverage presentation, mixology, and hospitality industry standards will be key to elevating our bar service. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience. Operate OnePOS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste through effective stock control. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours, including catering events when required. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within a hospitality environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that builds guest loyalty. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Previous experience with beverage sales, cash handling, and retail math is highly desirable.
