Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to excite guests' palates. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal regulations for serving alcohol to patrons aged 21+. Assist in bar inventory management, including stock replenishment and tracking usage of spirits, wine, craft beers, and mixers. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with valid identification for legal age verification. Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or beverage service within a hospitality or restaurant setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; experience with cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail creation, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong organizational skills. Experience in fine dining environments or high-volume bars is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
