Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer and well-honed mixology skills, as well as customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for discussing and recommending our beers, crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Previous bartending experience is mandatory. Passion and knowledge of craft beer and/or brewing is mandatory . Strong knowledge of retail math to manage transactions effectively. Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is required. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members alike. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
