Restaurant opens in Orland Park this November. Our beverage bar is a real program: fresh-pressed juices, house lemonades, mint drinks and built-to-order mocktails. Everything is made fresh and the station is in full view of the dining room. What you'll do: build drinks to recipe and to order, press and prep fresh juice daily, manage mise en place and par levels, keep the bar clean and stocked through service, ring in and serve drinks, and work the pass with servers and runners. What we're looking for: bar, café, juice bar or barista experience preferred — but we train the full menu. You need speed, consistency, clean habits and a good read on people. This is a guest-facing station, so personality counts. Evening and weekend availability required.
