Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, your skills will shine as you manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and flair. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while demonstrating excellent time management skills. Assist in setting up event spaces for banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and handle any issues professionally and promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cash handling experience is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport quickly. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in food industry roles including serving, catering, or food service is highly desirable. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and inventory management; retail math knowledge is beneficial.
