Serve the 12 person bar rail and maintain interations with our tasting table. Prepare garnish and mise daily, develop menus and simply enjoy the craft. Arrival at 3:30 and rotate out times / closures Maintaining a clean and organized bar Must be willing to work the floor some nights as well

As we expect your all when your at work we also know that comes with a recharge need; closed Sunday and Monday as well as a week off in the winter and summer. Working directly with the owner/GM of the restaurant : All of the executives will be there to teach you and help you grow, you will always be known by name because you are important.

Tip Pool:

We all have bad days and most of the time we make our money by making our costumers feel happy, in order to hold accountability and take the pressure off those bad days we do tip pool so everyone is taken care of here.
