As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt, friendly service while maintaining a clean and organized environment. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or Aloha POS systems. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety standards, including proper sanitization practices. Serve food and beverages promptly while checking on guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Buss tables promptly after guests leave to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests. Experience Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation standards is a plus. Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
