Duties Cocktail development Bar organization and cleanliness Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage bar operations including mixing drinks, serving alcohol responsibly, and maintaining cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately through POS and cash handling procedures Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bar stations and dining spaces Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Assist with catering, banquet events, or special functions as needed Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns promptly
