In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, while providing exceptional customer service that enhances the guest experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with beverage recipe development to enhance menu offerings Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits experience Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders while maintaining quality service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a lively yet professional atmosphere Experience in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable Ability to develop new beverage recipes and adapt offerings based on guest preferences Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety awareness Previous food service or restaurant experience with a focus on hospitality industry standards Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm for craft beverages and dedication to exceptional service will shine.
