Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty. Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, checking for freshness, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling responsibly. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with craft beer or cocktail creations to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Maintain a clean, organized bar area while adhering to all health regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to process transactions efficiently. Expertise in mixology, spirits, wine knowledge, beverage recipe development, and craft beer experience. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills. Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures preferred. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate order processing. Experience with food service operations such as serving, catering, or banquet settings is advantageous.
