Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety guidelines. Manage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating strong time management skills. Process payments accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and retail math. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including table settings and overall restaurant ambiance. Assist with banquet service and catering events as needed, showcasing versatility in various dining settings. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, with fine dining experience being a significant advantage. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
