Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to increase sales and customer satisfaction Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste Ensure compliance with all food handling, safety regulations, and alcohol service laws Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or events such as banquets and catering functions Handle cash transactions responsibly, balancing registers at shift end with basic math skills Provide excellent customer service by serving drinks promptly and attentively attending to guest needs Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining or upscale establishments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail presentation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Experience in food service or restaurant settings with a focus on customer satisfaction and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages Previous experience in bar management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty Embark on an exciting journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
