Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper processing of payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Assist with food service when needed Qualifications Knowledge or willingness to learn POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customers Prefer prior experience with mixing cocktails, serving wine and beer.
