We are searching for Bartenders to join our seasonal team for Summer 2026 ! The Dining Room operates 3 high volume meal periods, 7 days a week from April through November. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Summary:

The Bartender provides exceptional service to guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. This role requires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, has excellent communication skills, and a commitment to consistent, high-quality service by following established recipes and Arcadia Bluffs' standards. The Bartender maintains a clean, welcoming bar environment, adheres to responsible alcohol service practices, and assists with menu orders for guests seated in the bar area. Responsibilities Work as a team with all Arcadia Bluffs' personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service Work with others to keep all areas always clean and stocked to Arcadia Bluffs' standards Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes Ring drink orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests for drinks served and make change Follows alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age and preventing intoxication, getting management involved if needed

Qualifications/Skills :

1-2 years of Bartending experience required Basic mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change Technologically-savvy Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes Excellent communication and organizational skills Multi-task oriented Knowledge of Arcadia Bluffs' food & beverage specifications as well as workplace safety procedures Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to Michigan state law Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time and handle continuous repetitive motions Required to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe Push, pull or lift to 50 pounds occasionally Work in hot, humid and/or noisy environments Check us out on Facebook or Instagram at @arcadiabluffs or visit our website for more company information at www.arcadiabluffs.com
