Pay:

Hourly plus tips Bartender Responsibilities include: Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks. Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations. Useful qualities and skills to have as a bartender include: An outgoing personality Communication skills The ability to work well in a team Tact and diplomacy for dealing with difficult situations Physical fitness and stamina A good memory Reliability Responsibility Calmness under pressure Flexibility
