Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to increase sales and guest satisfaction. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions. Uphold all food handling, safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service policies at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or hospitality industry background. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations. Food safety certification or willingness to obtain relevant certifications prior to employment. Experience with food service operations including serving, catering, banquet management or food handling is advantageous.
