Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh, exciting, and aligned with current trends. Engage with guests warmly, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift. Collaborate with the restaurant team to support food service operations during busy periods or special events like banquets and catering functions. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service. Stay knowledgeable about beverage trends, spirits, wine varieties, brewing techniques, and food industry standards to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably within fine dining or upscale venues. Extensive cocktail crafting skills with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer styles including craft beer experience, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for processing orders efficiently. Solid understanding of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards in food service settings. Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management and organizational skills. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus.
