We're currently looking for an experienced Bartender/Bar Server to join our team in The Welcome Lounge for the remainder of our season. Bartender/Bar Server Responsibilities Prepare handcrafted cocktails and serve beer and fine wines for guests in The Welcome Lounge and Chippewa Room Provide friendly, polished, and attentive table service in The Welcome Lounge Guide guests through our menu, daily features, cocktails, and wine selections Serve scratch-made cuisine, beer, wine, and cocktails with professionalism Accurately enter orders and process payments using our POS system Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Anticipate guest needs and create an exceptional dining experience from start to finish Work closely with the kitchen, dining room, and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and well-stocked bar and dining area Deliver exceptional guest service in a busy, fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is a plus Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings is preferred Friendly, dependable, organized, and guest-focused Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain professional and efficient in a fast-paced environment Evening, weekend, and Monday availability preferred Position Details Seasonal part-time or full-time position available through October Shifts generally range from 4:00 PM-11:00 PM Weekend availability preferred Opportunities for year-round employment based on performance and business needs Complimentary shift meal Employee dining discounts for family and friends Great team atmosphere in a busy, professional restaurant Become part of a team known for exceptional hospitality, scratch-made cuisine, fine wines, craft beer, and handcrafted cocktails .
