Job Description Sensory-N-Stuff is looking for a dependable, energetic person to join our team as a Mobile Slime Bar & Seasonal Production Assistant. This is a unique position that combines working at our Mobile Slime Bar events with helping at our Sensory-N-Stuff facility in Middleville during our busy season. Our Mobile Slime Bar travels to community events, festivals, craft shows, private parties, schools, and other local events throughout West Michigan. At the Slime Bar, children get to create and customize their own slime by choosing colors, scents, charms, add-ins, and other fun options. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, is friendly and outgoing with customers, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed. When not working Mobile Slime Bar events, additional seasonal hours may be available at our Middleville facility helping our team prepare and package Sensory-N-Stuff products.

Job responsibilities may include:

Helping set up and tear down the Mobile Slime Bar at events Assisting children and families as they create their slime Explaining slime choices, colors, scents, charms, and add-ins Providing friendly and helpful customer service Keeping the Slime Bar clean, organized, and stocked during events Restocking supplies and preparing materials for upcoming events Helping load and unload event supplies Representing Sensory-N-Stuff in a friendly and professional manner Making and preparing sensory products at our Middleville facility Filling, labeling, packaging, and assembling products Preparing products and supplies for upcoming events and orders Helping with general seasonal production and organization as needed Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up when scheduled Enjoys working with children and families Is friendly, patient, energetic, and comfortable talking with customers Can work well as part of a team Can also work independently and stay on task Pays attention to detail and follows instructions Is comfortable working in a busy, sometimes fast-paced environment Is willing to get messy — this is a slime and sensory business! Can stand for extended periods during events Is able to lift and carry event supplies and product boxes Has reliable transportation Is willing to travel to local events throughout West Michigan Has some availability on evenings and weekends, as many Mobile Slime Bar events take place during those times Experience working with children, customer service, events, retail, childcare, education, or similar environments is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. About Sensory-N-Stuff Sensory-N-Stuff is a family-owned business based in Middleville, Michigan. We create sensory bins, sensory fillers, Play Dough products, slime, fine-motor activities, and other hands-on products designed to encourage creativity, exploration, and learning through play. Our products are sold to families, teachers, therapists, schools, homeschoolers, and organizations throughout the country. In addition to our online business, our Mobile Slime Bar brings an interactive slime-making experience directly to parties, festivals, community events, and other locations throughout West Michigan. This position would be a great fit for someone who enjoys children, likes creative and hands-on work, and wants a job where every day isn't exactly the same.

Pay:
