Arbor Brewing Company is looking for an outgoing, efficient, and team-oriented bartender to join our Plymouth Brewpub crew. Bartenders are for crafting the perfect pour, maintaining a fun and professional environment in the bar area, and all aspects of guest service. Clear communication, food & beverage knowledge, and ability to multi-task are a must. Open schedule is preferred. Must have thorough beer knowledge and a love for craft beer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Craft drinks - create the perfect pour of beer, wine, or mixed drink from our stores of Arbor Brewing Company beer, proprietary Baia wine, and diverse range of cocktail ingredients
• Present menu and detailed information about our food and drink when asked
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment for customers and team members. Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
• Collect money for drinks served and providing change as needed; Balance cash receipts; Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night
• Mix all drinks based on the standard serving sizes, keeping drink costs at a minimum
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
• Take beverage orders from customers and wait staff, and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers consuming alcohol
• Keep a clean, well-stocked bar; organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
• Monitoring patrons for appropriate alcohol intake levels and attempting to curtail inappropriate behavior
• Assist in ensuring patrons always have a safe ride home, calling a taxi or Uber when appropriate We look forward to hearing from you!
