Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. Maintain food safety and food handling protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed, ensuring smooth operations. Support team members with food preparation, setup, and cleanup to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling practices, and proper alcohol serving procedures. Ability to perform retail math, cash handling, and basic math accurately under pressure.
