Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
• Prepare and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or customer preferences
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
• Handle cash transactions, operate cash register, and process payments accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required
• Assist with creating new drinks for seasonal menus, and for customer's needs.
• Tips received at end of shift.

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Understanding of food service regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices
