Fred's of Roscommon is looking for a hard-working, reliable Bartender/Server to join our fast-paced, energetic team. Experience is preferred but not required — we're happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume setting Qualifications Bartending or serving experience preferred but not required Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy atmosphere Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take direction Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Must meet state requirements for alcohol service (or be willing to obtain certification) What We Offer Competitive pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Training provided for the right candidate Fun, fast-paced work environment Opportunities for growth within the company
