Our bartenders are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service, preparing high-quality beverages, and building genuine connections with every guest. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests promptly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the food, wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail menus to confidently answer questions and make recommendations. Suggestively sell featured cocktails, wine, beer, appetizers, and menu items to enhance the guest experience. Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after each shift. Follow all liquor laws, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and company policies. Process guest payments accurately and responsibly. Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities as assigned. Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, food runners, and management to ensure seamless service. Assist servers and other team members as needed to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive motions behind the bar.
