Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of cash and card transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance the guest experience while staying within brand guidelines. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, support bar management initiatives, and uphold high standards of hospitality industry excellence. Experience Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or upscale establishments. Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and craft beer brewing or tasting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Experience in beverage recipe development and serving a diverse clientele in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
