In this energetic role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable moments for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy through retail math skills Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts, including catering events, banquets, or nightclub nights Skills Proven experience in food and beverage service, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Toast POS; familiarity with cashiering and food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Exceptional customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices Experience with serving in the food industry or hospitality sector; background in brewing or catering is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events Join us to bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to every guest interaction.
