Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server & Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests have an outstanding experience while maintaining efficient operations behind the bar and in the dining area. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar and dining areas, including food handling and proper beverage storage Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food running, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus Demonstrated cocktail knowledge and spirits experience to craft quality drinks confidently Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in food industry settings Experience with wine knowledge, beverage service, and fine dining etiquette is advantageous

Pay Rate :

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
