Must be 21+. Compensation includes hourly and tips. Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and food and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Perform necessary opening, closing and cutwork duties
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar and restaurant inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar and restaurant organized, stocked and clean
- Experience is preferred but not required.
