Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional beverage service and engaging interactions. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and customer service will help foster a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency with established recipes and standards Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Toast to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with ordering as needed Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change while maintaining a friendly attitude Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Toast for efficient transaction processing Proven experience in bartending with strong cocktail mixing skills and beverage recipe development Solid understanding of spirits, wine, craft beer, and mixology techniques Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively yet professional manner Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is preferred Strong food handling knowledge, food safety practices, and adherence to health regulations Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management Previous restaurant or food service experience with banquet or catering background is advantageous Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Join us as a vital part of our team where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for creating unforgettable moments.
