- Bartender & Grill/Fry Cook Join the Team at I.C. Billiards! We're looking for energetic, dependable team members who are willing to both bartend and cook . If you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment and love taking care of customers, we'd love to meet you! Tips are shared between the bartender and cook , giving everyone the opportunity to earn more. Potential to earn $30+ per hour (hourly wage + shared tips)! Bartender Responsibilities ✅ Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. ✅ Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. ✅ Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including washing glassware and stocking supplies. ✅ Handle cash and card transactions accurately. ✅ Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. ✅ Communicate with the kitchen to ensure food orders are accurate and timely. ✅ Assist with inventory and report low stock as needed. ✅ Follow all health and safety regulations. Grill/Fry Cook Responsibilities ✅ Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment efficiently. ✅ Prepare burgers, chicken, seafood, sandwiches, appetizers, and other menu items to order. ✅ Ensure food quality, proper temperatures, and presentation standards. ✅ Maintain fryer oil quality and a clean cooking station. ✅ Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy. ✅ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. ✅ Communicate with the front-of-house team to provide fast, accurate service. Qualifications ✔ Experience in bartending, cooking, or the restaurant industry is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. ✔ Must enjoy both bartending and cooking —this is a cross-trained position. ✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills. ✔ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Basic math skills for handling cash and food preparation. ✔ Knowledge of drink preparation and kitchen operations is a plus. ✔ Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. ✔ Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
