The Busser/Barback plays a crucial role in supporting servers and bartenders, ensuring that the floor and bar operate smoothly and efficiently. Assist bartenders and servers in serving customers promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Stock and replenish bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, trash and ice Buss tables and assist with food service as needed to enhance customer experience. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively. A keen attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization in the bar area and restaurant.
