Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times Process cash and card transactions efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use OpenTable for reservations management and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow Engage with guests to promote specials or upsell beverages, enhancing sales opportunities Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent guest relations and resolving any concerns promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Demonstrated cocktail experience with spirits knowledge and beverage service expertise Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Experience with wine knowledge, drink service, and food preparation is highly desirable Valid food handling certification or willingness to obtain required certifications prior to employment Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences where your energy fuels memorable moments.
