Job Description
Chandler HIll Vineyards is looking for a Bartender to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for parties, events, and special occasions. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great work ethic, and the desire to grow with the company. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner Maintain bar inventory and order products from vendors according to stock control procedures Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory, chairs, glasses, etc. Stay guest focused and nurture the experience of each customer Comply with all food and beverage regulations Experience Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar preferred Previous experience with POS systems Ability to stay busy in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays based on individual preferences Understanding of alcohol and beverage regulations
