Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service while anticipating guest needs Educate guests on beverage offerings and make personalized recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Process guest orders and payments accurately Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation guidelines Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices Work closely with the restaurant, banquet, and culinary teams to ensure excellent service Requirements Prior bartending or food and beverage experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol Knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer, and wine Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent English communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak fluently Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays $10.00 per hour + tips In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
