Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order. Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Process transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system, handling cash and credit card payments. Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Attend to customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, and cocktail preparation. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
