Rocky Knob Lodge is looking for a friendly, dependable Server/Bartender to join our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, provides great hospitality, and is comfortable handling both dining room and bar service. This is a hands-on position in a restaurant environment where teamwork, personality, and taking good care of our guests are important. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Become familiar with our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests Manage dining tables and bar guests while maintaining prompt, organized service Enter orders and process cash and credit-card payments through the POS system Check identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements Keep the bar, dining room, and service areas clean, stocked, and organized Complete opening, closing, restocking, and side-work responsibilities Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to keep service running smoothly Help create the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere our guests expect from Rocky Knob Lodge What We're Looking For Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but we're willing to consider the right person with a great attitude Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Able to work efficiently during busy periods Comfortable handling multiple tables and responsibilities at once Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service Willingness to learn the Rocky Knob Lodge menu and service standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the normal physical duties of restaurant work Schedule Part-time with shifts based on restaurant needs. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required. About Rocky Knob Lodge Rocky Knob Lodge is a historic Montana restaurant and gathering place in Conner.
