Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all beverage and food handling activities while adhering to health regulations. Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving meals or snacks in both bar and dining areas. Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep offerings fresh and exciting for guests. Support bar management in inventory control, stock replenishment, and maintaining a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Experience Proven experience working as a bartender or server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly. Demonstrated cocktail mixing skills with an understanding of mixology principles and beverage recipe development. Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage presentation techniques. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
