We are looking for polished, dependable individuals who understand that exceptional service goes beyond taking an order. Our Servers and Bartenders are expected to create a welcoming, attentive dining experience while demonstrating strong menu knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders Develop a strong knowledge of our menu, ingredients, preparation methods, cocktails, wine, and beverage offerings Make thoughtful menu and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences Properly course meals and communicate with the kitchen and bar to maintain an appropriate pace of service Deliver food and beverages accurately and professionally Anticipate guest needs and address questions or concerns promptly Maintain table presentation and cleanliness throughout service Work closely with fellow Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Food Runners, Bussers, Kitchen Staff, and Management to provide seamless service Accurately process guest checks, cash, and credit card transactions Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service and bar areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and restaurant policies Assist with private events, banquets, and special dining experiences as needed Bartender Responsibilities In addition to the responsibilities above, Bartenders will: Prepare cocktails and other beverages accurately, consistently, and efficiently Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, classic cocktails, and our specialty cocktail menu Provide attentive service to guests seated at the bar while also supporting service-bar needs Maintain proper bar setup, organization, cleanliness, and inventory Monitor alcohol consumption and follow all applicable responsible-service requirements Qualifications Previous serving or bartending experience is strongly preferred, particularly in an upscale, full-service restaurant Strong hospitality and guest-relations skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn and confidently discuss detailed food and beverage menus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tables and priorities Ability to remain composed and professional during high-volume service Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable using a POS system and accurately handling guest payments Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed What We Offer Competitive earning potential Flexible scheduling A professional, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for additional shifts through private events and special dining experiences Opportunities for growth and advancement within the restaurant If you are passionate about hospitality, take pride in providing exceptional service, and want to be part of an elevated dining experience, we would like to meet you.
