Job Summary We are seeking energetic and personable Servers/Bartenders to join our dedicated hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, including food, beverages, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails Take accurate orders using Toast POS systems ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and mixology standards Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cashiering procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service during busy periods and special events such as banquets or catering functions Engage with guests proactively to enhance their experience through personalized service and product knowledge Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Qualifications Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a full service environment with a full bar Strong knowledge of POS systems Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math for sales upselling, and food industry calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with spirits, craft beer, wine pairing, and beverage presentation techniques preferred Hospitality industry experience including restaurant or retail math is highly desirable Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to support a lively dining atmosphere Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
