The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, and fine dining service, while taking pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. The lead bartender will play a key role in the daily operation of the bar and will be responsible for ensuring the bar is fully prepared for service each evening and properly maintained at the end of the night. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation Take ownership of the organization, cleanliness, and overall condition of the bar Complete thorough nightly bar stocking and restocking to ensure the bar is fully prepared for the following service Maintain appropriate par levels of liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware, bar supplies, and other necessary items Check inventory regularly and communicate shortages or ordering needs to management Establish and maintain consistent opening and closing procedures for the bar Provide knowledgeable and attentive service to guests while maintaining the standards expected in a fine dining environment Demonstrate
