Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in bartending, along with your knowledge of food safety and hospitality, will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets or catering events as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health codes. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the restaurant or nightclub environment. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with food safety practices within the hospitality industry. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in fine dining or catering settings is a plus but not required.
