Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service to all guests. Maintain knowledge of beverage recipes, menu items, and daily specials to assist guests with selections. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; process payments swiftly and securely. Ensure food safety standards are met by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with bar management duties to optimize operations. Create engaging guest interactions by offering personalized recommendations and fostering a lively atmosphere. Requirements Must be 21+ to apply Must have 2+ years of experience Flexible weekday and weekend hours Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS system TOAST is preferred; strong cash handling skills. For Bartender role - Demonstrated knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer. For both roles -Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing transactions, splitting bills, and managing retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
