Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment efficiently Develop creative beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest experience Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage delivery for optimal guest satisfaction Uphold all safety protocols related to food handling, alcohol service, and overall bar operations Experience Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or bars with a focus on craft cocktails and spirits Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine selection, and beer styles including craft beer experience Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence within the hospitality industry Experience managing bar operations or bar management responsibilities preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices required Ability to multitask effectively using time management skills in fast-paced environments Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as change-making, inventory counts, and sales tracking Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding drinks and memorable moments!
