With approval of our liquor license pending (hopefully by the end of August), we're looking for an experienced bartender/mixologist who is excited to create and launch the most exciting brunch cocktail program in South Jersey!

Requirements:

Open Availability (Wednesday-Sunday) Standard shifts will typically be 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. Flexibility for occasional happy hours, private events, and special functions. Bartending Experience Passion for mixology and craft cocktails. Ability to develop, implement, and maintain systems that ensure an efficient, consistent, and high-quality bar operation. Serving Experience This is a hybrid role. Bartenders regularly serve guests at both the bar and tables during service hours. Leadership & Ownership Mindset Take the lead in building this program alongside ownership and management. Develop weekly, monthly, and seasonal cocktail specials. Create and maintain a rotating craft cocktail menu. Uphold quality standards and continuously improve the guest experience.
