Wedding Bartender - The Bradford Estate The Bradford Estate is looking for an experienced bartender who truly loves making people happy. Applicants must have at least 5 years of bartending experience. The Bradford Estate was recently recognized as the #9 wedding venue in the country out of more than 12,000 wedding venues on The Knot, and that level of recognition comes from one thing above all else: taking exceptional care of our couples and their guests. This is more than a bartending job. Our bartenders are part of one of the most important days in our couples' lives, and we are looking for someone who understands that exceptional service comes from genuinely caring about the people in front of you. This job is right for you if you find great joy in making others happy. We are looking for someone who: Has at least 5 years of bartending experience Has a naturally warm, positive, and outgoing personality Truly enjoys taking care of guests and making them feel special Is motivated by providing exceptional service and creating a memorable guest experience Understands that every interaction contributes to the couple's wedding day Works quickly and efficiently while still being friendly and welcoming Is dependable, professional, and a strong team player Stays calm, upbeat, and gracious during busy weddings Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar Understands responsible alcohol service At The Bradford Estate , we believe great bartending is about much more than making drinks. It is about making guests feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely happy to be celebrating with us. We can teach you how we do things at The Bradford Estate, but we cannot teach someone to genuinely care about people. We are looking for an experienced bartender who brings great energy, takes pride in hospitality, and wants every guest to leave feeling like they had an incredible experience.
